Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time : Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Custom-made items may require additional time, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.
2. Shipping Fees : We offer free shipping on all orders over $200 within the continental U.S. Orders under $200 will incur a shipping fee based on your location and selected shipping method.
3. Shipping Methods : We use standard shipping services for all deliveries. Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost.
4. International Shipping : We currently ship within the U.S. only. If you are outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact our customer service team for more details.
5. Tracking : Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.
6. The time required for the delivery of products is determined by the size of the package, rather than the distance from the shipping point. Please refer to the specific product details for estimated delivery times.
Refund Policy

At Baharnaz Gallery, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges except in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or general dissatisfaction. Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 3 calendar days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include a receipt or proof of purchase. You will need to provide clear photos and a brief description of the issue for review.
To request a return for a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at baharnazgallery@gmail.com. Include your full name, order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a short explanation of the issue. If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
If your return is approved, you must ship the item to the address provided below. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We do not refund original shipping fees and we do not provide prepaid return labels.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds are only for the product cost and do not include shipping.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your funds, please contact us at baharnazgallery@gmail.com.
Please note that jewelry, earrings, sale items, gift cards, custom-made or personalized products, and any used or worn items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you are approved for a return due to a damaged or incorrect item, you may place a new order after the refund is processed.
