Shipping policy

🎄 Holiday 2026: Order by December 15 for Christmas delivery with standard shipping, or by December 20 with expedited shipping. These are estimates — order early to be safe!

1.  Order Processing Time : Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Custom-made items may require additional time, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.

2.  Shipping Fees : We offer FREE standard shipping on US orders over $200. Orders under $200 will incur a shipping fee based on your location and selected shipping method.

3.  Shipping Methods : We use standard shipping services for all deliveries. Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost.

4.  Shipping Destinations : We ship within the United States via UPS/USPS with carrier-calculated rates at checkout, and we also ship internationally. We offer flat-rate standard shipping to Germany and the United Kingdom, with delivery in 4–7 business days. For all other countries, shipping rates are calculated by the carrier at checkout.

5.  Tracking : Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress.
